Content Use and Protection Policy
Rules for allowed use of PleyMeikel, protected video content, account access and actions that can lead to restrictions.
1. Allowed platform use
Users must use PleyMeikel lawfully, responsibly and in accordance with these policies. Access to the platform does not grant ownership over videos, designs, databases, trademarks, text or materials published by PleyMeikel.
2. Content protection
Content published on PleyMeikel may include exclusive material and/or copyright-protected material. Downloading, redistributing, re-uploading, screen-recording for distribution, copying, commercializing, sublicensing or sharing private links or credentials without express authorization is not allowed.
We do not advise users to try recording the screen with another device. In addition to being against our rules, that practice may expose the account to restrictions, suspension or loss of access.
3. Prohibited conduct
- Improperly sharing the account or access credentials.
- Trying to bypass service security or technical controls.
- Extracting material to publish it outside the platform without authorization.
- Using the service for fraudulent, misleading or abusive purposes.
- Interfering with the player, the site stability or the experience of other users.
4. Enforcement for misuse
If we detect violations, suspicious activity or breaches of these rules, PleyMeikel may limit access, block sessions, suspend features, cancel memberships or close the account depending on the seriousness of the case.
5. Account deletion
Each user has the right to delete their account. If an account is deleted while a membership is active, the user immediately loses the premium benefits connected to that account and it is interpreted as a voluntary withdrawal from the service.
6. Future registration
After deleting an account, the user may register again in the future with the same email or a different email, subject to the security checks and validations active at that time.
