Main terms governing access to PleyMeikel, user responsibilities, memberships, content use and account restrictions.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using PleyMeikel, the user accepts these policies, the terms of service and the rules that apply to the account, content and memberships. If the user does not agree, they must stop using the platform.

2. Intellectual property

PleyMeikel trademarks, visual design, videos, catalogs, text, site structure, databases and other materials belong to the project or their authorized owners. Access to the service does not transfer ownership rights or broad exploitation licenses.

3. Service availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the platform available, but pauses, maintenance, errors, interruptions or catalog changes may occur. PleyMeikel does not guarantee continuous and uninterrupted availability at all times.

4. User conduct

The user agrees not to use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or policy-violating purposes. The user must also keep credentials confidential and act responsibly with respect to the account.

5. Modifications

PleyMeikel may update these terms, policies or parts of the product when needed to improve the service, strengthen security, adapt to operational changes or meet technical and legal requirements.
