Account Security and Device Control

How PleyMeikel protects accounts with phone verification, device controls, active sessions and sensitive account settings.

1. Access protection

PleyMeikel uses security controls to protect accounts, content and platform stability. These measures may include phone verification, session termination, activity monitoring, detection of unusual access and review of unauthorized use attempts.

2. Linked devices

The platform may detect how many devices are connected to the same account. The allowed number of accesses depends on the user's active plan. If another person tries to enter above the limit or in a suspicious way, the system may reject access immediately.

3. Active sessions and device cleanup

The user may sign out linked devices to quickly regain control of the account. This feature is part of our security measures to prevent improper account sharing or unauthorized access.

4. Regaining account control

If the system detects that the account cannot receive more users or that a device was previously linked, the user may identify themselves as the account owner and answer security questions or validations to recover access.

5. Main profile and sensitive areas

Some configuration, security or administration actions may be reserved for the main profile or account holder. PleyMeikel may restrict access to sensitive settings when it detects a secondary profile or an unauthorized session.

6. Incident response

No system is infallible, but we actively work to reduce risk. We may apply temporary or permanent measures to respond to incidents, prevent fraud, strengthen authentication and protect users.
