How to change audio and subtitles on Pleymeikel

Choose available audio and subtitle tracks in the Pleymeikel player and learn what to check when a language is missing or a dubbed track will not load.

Updated October 16, 2026

TL;DR

Open Audio and subtitles in the player and choose an available track. Languages vary by title; changing the interface language does not add tracks to a video.

You can choose from the tracks available for the video you are watching. The language of Pleymeikel menus and the language of the content are separate settings.

Change audio or subtitles

If your language is missing

The list reflects the tracks available for that content. If the player says there are no subtitles, there is no subtitle track you can enable for that video at that time. Changing the site or app language does not create a new translation.

Titles and live streams do not all offer the same languages. Check the list for the video you are playing, rather than another title.

If a dubbed track is silent or will not load

Play a section with dialogue and check the volume. Switch back to the original track to check whether it plays. If a message says the dubbed audio could not load, the player may restore the original audio; select the language again to retry.

If the problem continues, contact Pleymeikel Support. Include the title, device, whether you use the app or website, the selected language and the playback time where it happens. Do not send your password.

Does changing the Pleymeikel language change the audio of every video?

No. The interface language changes the menus. Choose audio and subtitles from the tracks available for each title in the player.
