How to resume a video on another device on Pleymeikel

Check your account, profile and connection if your saved position is missing when you continue a Pleymeikel video on another device.

This guide covers Pleymeikel in a supported browser on a computer, phone or tablet. Playback progress belongs to the profile you used to watch the video. Each profile keeps its own progress and list.

Continue from the saved position

• Open Pleymeikel on the other device and sign in to the same account you used to watch the video.
• Select the same profile before playing. You can switch profiles from the avatar menu; if the profile has a PIN, enter it to access that profile.
• Find the title in Continue watching and open it to resume from the saved position.

If the position is different or progress is missing

First check the account and profile on both devices. Using the same account is not enough if you selected different profiles.

Check your internet connection. Syncing requires a connection, and the latest seconds may take time to appear if the connection was interrupted. Check the progress again once your connection is available.

If you were watching a live stream

Distinguish an event that is still live from a replay. For an active event, the experience depends on the stream status and whether a replay is already available. The live stream status alone does not confirm that your progress has been lost.

If the difference persists

Contact support with the title, devices and browsers, the approximate position where you stopped and the position you see now. Explain whether it was a video, live stream or replay and whether your internet connection was interrupted. Do not include passwords or your profile PIN.
