How to contact Pleymeikel and Labs support

Send a question about Streaming or Labs: choose a topic, describe the issue and check your identity or contact email before submitting the request.

The Help Center contact form is for Pleymeikel viewers and Pleymeikel Labs creators. Say which service you use so that your message has the right context.

Open the form

Open Contact us in your browser. Wait for the session check to finish and review Sending as. If it says Anonymous, you can prepare a request without signing in.

Describe the issue

In Describe your issue, enter between 10 and 2,000 characters. Explain what you were trying to do, the steps you followed, what happened and what you expected to happen.

• For Streaming, say whether you use the website or app, which device you use, the content title and whether it is a live stream or a recording.
• For Labs, name the section you were in, the task you were carrying out and the status shown on screen, for example while uploading or preparing a live stream.
• Copy any error message. If you include a link, use the public content page; do not paste OBS links containing keys.

Do not include passwords, sign-in codes or full card numbers.

Choose a topic and contact details

Under Topic, choose the closest match: General question, Account and sign-in, Memberships and payments, Playback and technical issues, Privacy and personal data, or Content and rights.

Check Sending as again. For an anonymous request, Contact email is optional; add it if you want support to be able to reply, and check it for typing errors.

Submit the request

Review your message and select Send request. Wait for the on-screen result before treating the submission as confirmed. If an error appears, read the notice before trying again.

If the button remains disabled, check that the session check has finished, that your message meets the stated length and that the optional email has a valid format if you entered one.
