PleyMeikel Labs Payment and Billing Policy

Review the general rules applicable to payments, billing, service charges, payment confirmations, and related adjustments within PleyMeikel Labs.

This Payment and Billing Policy sets out the general rules applicable to economic operations conducted within PleyMeikel Labs, including memberships, credit top-ups, additional services, and other charges that may be enabled on the platform.

PleyMeikel Labs is a video sports hosting, streaming, and distribution platform that integrates production services, infrastructure, and advanced artificial intelligence tools. Some of these services may be included within a membership, while others may generate additional charges based on usage or selected configuration.

Scope of this policy

This policy applies to payments made for products and services offered directly through PleyMeikel Labs, including memberships, credit top-ups, digital services, additional consumption, and any other charges the platform explicitly identifies prior to confirmation.

When an operation is subject to additional conditions, these may be displayed during the corresponding process and will form part of the applicable conditions for that operation.

Prices and currency

Applicable prices are displayed on the platform or during the relevant subscription process. Amounts advertised may be expressed in US dollars or another currency that PleyMeikel enables for a specific operation.

The final amount may include taxes, legally required fees, currency conversions, or other applicable charges depending on the territory, payment method, or provider used. Users must review the total shown before confirming the operation.

Payment confirmation

Initiating a payment process, opening a checkout page, or viewing a success screen does not by itself constitute a definitive payment confirmation.

An operation is considered confirmed when PleyMeikel receives a valid confirmation from the corresponding payment provider and correctly records the result in its systems. If an operation cannot be confirmed, PleyMeikel may keep the service activation, credit allocation, or any associated benefit pending until a valid confirmation is received.

PleyMeikel Labs Memberships

PleyMeikel Labs memberships may include access to specific tools, capabilities, quotas, and services depending on the selected plan.

Features and limits for each membership may vary between plans. Signing up for a plan does not make quota-bound, usage-based, credit-driven, or other specified resources unlimited.

Current pricing terms must be reviewed on the plans page and during the subscription process before confirming a membership.

Credits and Digital Services

PleyMeikel Labs uses credits as a consumption unit for certain digital services and artificial intelligence features.

Credits are not deposited money, bank balance, creator income, or withdrawable amount. Their purpose is to enable usage of the services they are enabled for within the platform.

Credits included in a membership and credits purchased via recharge may be subject to different rules regarding allocation, consumption, and validity.

Credit Recharges

When PleyMeikel Labs enables additional credit purchases, the applicable price, quantity, and conditions must be displayed before confirming the transaction.

Credits acquired will only be credited after the corresponding payment has been successfully confirmed. PleyMeikel systems may apply controls to prevent duplicate crediting when the same transaction generates retries, repeated notifications, or other technical events.

Additional Consumption

Some plans include set amounts of storage, data distribution, infrastructure operations, or other resources. When an account exceeds an included quota and the service allows continued use of the resource, excess usage may result in additional charges according to current rates.

Billable consumption must be calculated using measurements recorded by the relevant systems and providers. Visual estimates, visitor counts, or video playback durations do not substitute the technical measurement used to determine billable consumption.

Services That Consume Credits

Certain PleyMeikel Labs services, including some AI processes, subtitles, translation, or dubbing, may consume credits based on factors such as duration, language, model used, or number of services requested.

Before starting a billable service, the platform must display or calculate the applicable conditions based on available settings. If a service requires sufficient credits to begin, an account with insufficient balance must top up before processing can start.

Charge Authorization

By confirming a payment operation, the user declares that they are authorized to use the selected method and that the information provided during the process is accurate.

PleyMeikel may reject, suspend, or hold a transaction pending if there is a technical error, inconsistent information, fraud signal, payment provider denial, or any other circumstance preventing legitimate confirmation of the transaction.

Failed or pending payments

When a payment is rejected, remains pending, or cannot be confirmed, PleyMeikel may keep the associated product or service inactive until the transaction is resolved.

A failed payment attempt does not obligate PleyMeikel to temporarily grant membership, credits, additional capacity, or any other benefit dependent on a confirmed payment.

Refunds, chargebacks, and adjustments

Refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, or other financial adjustments may affect previously credited services, credits, or benefits.

When an operation is reversed after certain credits have been used, PleyMeikel may reflect the corresponding adjustment in the credit balance or offset it with future purchases, according to current terms and available information about the transaction.

The existence of an adjustment mechanism does not mean all purchases are automatically refundable. Specific refund conditions must be reviewed in the applicable policy.

Invoices, receipts, and records

PleyMeikel may retain records related to payments, charges, credits, usage, adjustments, and confirmations when necessary for account operation, incident resolution, fraud prevention, transaction reconciliation, or legal compliance.

Payment documents, receipts, or invoices available for a transaction depend on the billing system and the payment provider enabled for that transaction.

Payment providers and external services

PleyMeikel may use external providers to process payments, verify transactions, deliver technical services, or perform other functions necessary to complete a transaction.

The use of an external provider does not relieve the user of the obligation to review the price and terms before confirming a transaction. Some technical and payment data may be processed by such providers according to their roles and applicable policies.

Billing errors

If the user believes there is an incorrect, duplicate, or unrecognized charge, they must report it through available support channels and provide the necessary information to identify the transaction.

PleyMeikel may review internal records and available information from the relevant provider before applying any correction or adjustment.

Price and terms changes

PleyMeikel may modify prices, fees, rates, and terms of certain services when necessary due to product changes, infrastructure updates, provider changes, cost variations, legal requirements, or other operational circumstances.

When a change affects a new purchase or service, the current price and terms must be displayed before the user confirms the transaction. Changes should not be applied retroactively to a confirmed transaction unless there is a contractual or legal basis allowing it.

Separation between account payments and creator earnings

Amounts paid for a membership, credits, additional consumption, or other PleyMeikel Labs services do not constitute creator earnings.

Earnings derived from monetization mechanisms are recorded and calculated independently and are subject to their own eligibility, reconciliation, approval, and payment terms.

Changes to this policy

PleyMeikel may update this Payments and Billing Policy to reflect new features, changes in payment methods, service modifications, legal requirements, operational adjustments, or changes in the platform's economic conditions.

When a change is material, PleyMeikel may communicate it through the platform, email, or another reasonable means. The applicable version will be the one published or presented to the user for the relevant operation.

Contact and support

Inquiries regarding charges, pending payments, billing errors, or adjustments must be made through PleyMeikel's official support channels.

To facilitate review, the user must provide sufficient information to identify the account and the affected transaction, without sharing passwords, security codes, or private credentials.
