Credit Policy, Recharges, and Expiration for PleyMeikel Labs

This Credit Policy, Recharges, and Expiration establishes the general terms applicable to the credit balance used within PleyMeikel Labs.

PleyMeikel Labs uses credits as a consumption unit for certain digital services and artificial intelligence features. Credits are not deposited money, bank balances, or creator earnings, and can only be used for platform-enabled services according to the current terms.

Nature of Credits

PleyMeikel Labs credits are a digital consumption unit used to access certain platform services and features.

Credits do not represent money stored in an account, do not earn interest, are not financial instruments, and cannot be considered available income for withdrawal. Their value is limited to the use of services for which PleyMeikel has enabled them.

Credits Included in a Membership

Certain PleyMeikel Labs memberships include a monthly allocation of credits intended for artificial intelligence functions and other compatible services.

The amount included depends on the active plan of the account. Credits allocated as part of a membership must be distinguished from those acquired through recharges, as they may be subject to different rules regarding allocation, availability, and validity.

Credits Purchased Through Recharges

PleyMeikel Labs may allow users to purchase additional credits when they need to continue using services that consume this unit.

The current configuration allows recharges in units of 100 credits for USD 10, with the option to select multiple units within the limits enabled during the purchase process. The final amount and quantity should always be reviewed before confirming the transaction.

Credit top-up confirmation

A credit top-up is only considered confirmed when the corresponding payment has been successfully verified by the payment provider and recorded by PleyMeikel's systems.

Opening the checkout, completing payment details, or viewing a success screen does not by itself guarantee that credits have been added to the balance. The platform may keep the transaction pending until a valid confirmation is received.

Protection against duplicate confirmations

PleyMeikel may apply technical controls designed to prevent the same purchase from being credited more than once.

Payment provider retries, repeated notifications, page reloads, or other technical events should not result in additional credits when they correspond to a single confirmed transaction.

Validity of purchased credits

Credits acquired through top-ups are currently batch-registered with a validity period of 12 months.

The period applies to the specific batch of credits acquired and should be distinguished from the monthly allocation included with a membership. PleyMeikel may display information about balance and validity on enabled account surfaces.

Credit consumption

Credits are deducted when the user utilizes a service that has a cost set in credits according to the conditions displayed for that function.

The required amount may depend on the type of service, duration, language, model used, or other applicable factors. Before confirming a billable processing, the user must review the platform's estimated or provided consumption information.

Language services and artificial intelligence

Certain functions related to artificial intelligence, subtitles, translation, and dubbing may require credits.

When the price of a service depends on content duration or the number of requested languages, each component may be calculated independently based on the current rate. If the available balance does not cover the required consumption, processing may remain pending until sufficient credit is available.

Insufficient balance

When an account lacks sufficient credits to complete a service requiring prepayment via credits, PleyMeikel may prevent the processing from starting.

The user may purchase additional credits when top-ups are available and reconfirm the service once sufficient balance is available. Having an active membership does not imply that all digital services can be used without credit limits.

Reservations and processing

Some services may reserve or deduct credits as part of the confirmation or initiation process.

When a service's architecture involves pre-reservation, PleyMeikel may temporarily hold those credits associated with the operation while processing is completed. If the service cannot be executed due to a failure attributable to PleyMeikel and applicable conditions allow for release or refund of the reservation, the balance may be adjusted accordingly.

Refunds and chargebacks

When a credit purchase is subject to a valid refund, chargeback, or other reversal, PleyMeikel may withdraw the credits associated with that transaction from the balance.

If those credits were already used before the adjustment takes place, the account may reflect a credit debt that will be offset by future purchases or adjustments, according to applicable terms.

Credits do not guarantee a refund

The existence of a system capable of withdrawing credits after a reversal does not mean all credit purchases are refundable.

The availability of a refund depends on the policy applicable to the transaction, the service status, relevant legislation, and any other condition communicated to the user. Expired credits should not be considered automatically recoverable.

Credits and Pavira

Pavira may use credits as part of its usage limits and available services.

The availability of monthly credits does not mean Pavira usage is unlimited. The platform may apply consumption windows, availability limits, or other controls designed to distribute the use of artificial intelligence services according to the plan and available capacity.

Early reset of a Pavira window

When the platform allows an early reset of a Pavira usage window using prepaid credits, this operation consumes credits and creates a new window according to the displayed conditions.

This mechanism is not a free recharge, does not indefinitely increase the monthly membership allocation, and should not be confused with creator earnings or monetization balance.

Separation between credits and creator earnings

Credits used for PleyMeikel Labs services are not part of the earnings obtained through creator monetization mechanisms.

The credit balance is used to consume digital services. Creator earnings are calculated and recorded separately and are subject to independent eligibility, reconciliation, approval, and payment conditions.

Changes in credit rates

PleyMeikel may modify in the future the amount of credits required for certain services, the price of top-ups, or the terms of use when necessary due to changes in the product, suppliers, costs, infrastructure, or other factors.

When a change affects a new operation, the current conditions must be displayed before the user confirms the purchase or corresponding service.

Credit balance errors

If the user believes their credit balance reflects an incorrect credit, consumption, or adjustment, they must report it through official support channels.

PleyMeikel may review the transaction, consumption history, technical records, and the relevant supplier's confirmation before making any correction.

Modifications to this policy

PleyMeikel may update this Credit, Top-up, and Expiration Policy when there are changes in available services, top-up mechanisms, prices, validity periods, artificial intelligence systems, or platform operational conditions.

When a modification is significant, PleyMeikel may communicate it via the platform, email, or another reasonable means. New operations will be governed by the current conditions presented to the user at the time.

Relationship with other policies

This policy must be interpreted together with the PleyMeikel Labs Payments and Billing Policy and with the specific service terms that apply when using credits.

Rules regarding refunds, chargebacks, AI services, and other charges may be detailed in complementary policies where applicable.
