How Creator Monetization Works on PleyMeikel
Learn how eligible earnings are recorded, how to review your balance, and what is required to receive a monetization payment.

Monetization depends on valid activity and eligibility conditions. Pending amounts are reviewed before confirmation. Membership and service charges are independent of payments to creators. PleyMeikel does not sell individual access to videos or events.

PleyMeikel Labs provides tools for hosting, producing, streaming, and managing content. Viewers access the catalog using their PleyMeikel membership. Signing up for these services and receiving monetization earnings are separate processes.

How the monetization model is structured
PleyMeikel separates the services used by creators, viewer access, and the compensation associated with monetization.
Creators and organizations use a PleyMeikel Labs membership to access their hosting, production, streaming, and content management tools. They can also use prepaid credits for certain services and incur additional charges when usage exceeds included quotas.
Viewers use a PleyMeikel membership to access the catalog according to the terms of their plan. This membership does not represent the individual purchase of a video nor a transaction made on behalf of a specific creator.
PleyMeikel does not use a Pay-Per-View model
PleyMeikel does not sell individual videos, digital tickets, or individual event access via Pay-Per-View.
Viewer access to content depends on membership and the corresponding availability conditions. Creators do not set individual prices for viewers to directly purchase a video or stream within PleyMeikel.
Content monetization options
Monetization settings include eligibility for participation in the creator fund and certain attributed conversions. They also allow publishing content without monetization.
Choosing a monetization option does not guarantee income. Eligibility may depend on Labs membership, content type, relevant rights, monetization settings, recorded valid activity, and other applicable conditions.
Valid activity and minutes
When a monetization mechanism uses playback activity, the system considers valid activity according to its rules and measurement sources.
The raw number of clicks or plays should not be automatically interpreted as payable revenue. Open periods, pending reconciliation data, or incomplete sources do not represent a final balance.
When an account shows a pending or unreconciled amount, it means the process has not yet produced a confirmed final figure.
Attributed conversions
PleyMeikel may record certain viewer membership conversions as attributed to eligible content.
A visit, link click, registration, or interaction alone does not constitute a payable conversion. Attribution must meet current conditions and subsequently become part of the corresponding reconciliation process.
The charge made to the viewer and the eventual revenue recognized to the creator are separate operations.
How customer charges and creator earnings are separated
Customer charges correspond to memberships, credit top-ups, and other purchased services. A portion of each charge is not automatically distributed to the creator.
Creator eligible earnings are calculated separately. Before becoming a payable balance, PleyMeikel verifies activity, amounts, and applicable conditions through the reconciliation process.
How payments to creators are delivered
Payments to creators are delivered to the configured destination in the account once income meets eligibility, reconciliation, and approval conditions.
Setting a payment destination does not generate income or convert a pending amount into available balance. Charging a viewer and subsequently paying a creator are independent operations.
Set up your payment destination
Set the email address of a payment receiving account you control that can receive the corresponding amounts. Verify the details are correct before saving.
PleyMeikel does not request the password, access codes, or private keys for that account when setting up the recipient.
When adding or modifying the recipient, the waiting period specified in your account applies before it can receive a payment.
Eligible balance and payment process
To initiate the payment process, you need an eligible balance of at least USD 100 and corresponding approval from PleyMeikel.
Reaching this amount does not mean the money has already been sent. The period must be reconciled, applicable conditions must be met, and payment delivery must be confirmed.
Creator fund and conversions
The creator fund and attributed conversions are monetization mechanisms subject to their eligibility conditions. Calculations may consider eligible income, confirmed costs, valid activity, and attribution.
They do not represent a percentage of PleyMeikel's total billing or an automatic commission on the full value of any membership. Check your account for the applicable conditions and amounts related to your content.
PleyMeikel Labs payments are not monetization income
PleyMeikel Labs memberships, credit top-ups, additional storage, content distribution, and other consumption are services contracted by the creator account.
These charges are managed separately from any income you may earn through monetization.
Sponsorships and promotions within content
When content includes advertising, sponsorships, product placement, or other promotions, the creator must disclose it according to applicable PleyMeikel policies.
This document does not guarantee a fixed retention percentage for external commercial agreements. The presence of a sponsorship disclosure in the form does not alone establish an economic contractual condition for that agreement.
How to check your monetization status
In the PleyMeikel Labs monetization section, you can view available account data such as period earnings, accumulated balance, valid activity, attributed conversions, and payment process status.
Pending reconciliation amounts are still under review. The final amount is confirmed once data sources and applicable conditions have been verified.
If a payment is not completed
If payment delivery is not completed, the amount may remain pending while the issue is reviewed or resolved. Check the payment status and recipient details in your account.
A payment is only considered received when delivery is confirmed. If you need help, contact PleyMeikel and include the payment reference; do not share passwords or access codes.
PleyMeikel Labs and monetization serve different functions
PleyMeikel Labs provides streamers, creators, and sports organizations with tools for video sports hosting, streaming, distribution, and production.
Hiring these tools does not constitute viewers purchasing content, nor does it trigger an automatic distribution of each payment made to an account.
PleyMeikel keeps separate the services creators use to produce and distribute content, the memberships through which viewers access the catalog, and the mechanisms used to calculate and pay eligible creator earnings.
Does PleyMeikel sell videos or events via Pay-Per-View?
No. PleyMeikel does not use an individual video, digital ticket, or Pay-Per-View access model for viewers. Access to the catalog depends on the corresponding membership and the content’s availability conditions.
Are each viewer charge directly paid to the creator?
No. Membership and service charges are recorded separately. Creator eligible earnings are calculated, reconciled, and approved according to monetization terms before a payment is initiated.
Is a PleyMeikel Labs membership a content purchase?
No. A PleyMeikel Labs membership grants access to tools and capabilities available for creators and organizations. It does not represent a video purchase by a viewer nor a transaction made on behalf of a specific creator.
Does setting up the payment destination mean I already have money available?
No. Setting up the recipient only indicates where you will receive a payment when applicable. The balance must meet eligibility, reconciliation, and approval requirements.
Do my Labs plan payments or my credits count toward monetization?
No. PleyMeikel Labs memberships, credit top-ups, and additional usage charges belong to the services used by the content creator and are managed separately from monetization mechanisms.
What does it mean when an earning is pending reconciliation?
It means there is still no final confirmed amount because the period, data sources, or necessary checks have not yet been completed. A pending status should not be automatically interpreted as zero or as money available for payment.
When can a monetization payment be received?
A minimum eligible balance of at least USD 100, reconciliation of the period, and corresponding approval are required. A payment is considered received once delivery confirmation is received.
